A major, unexpected and welcome recognition has come to an Eskimo Italian Championship: The second edition of 2011, in fact, received the support of Arctic Circle, a landmark for lovers of the land and the people who live "by the two circles to the two poles."
We are pleased that a sporting event goes beyond the narrow confines of our world canoe and attract the attention of other prestigious cultural associations.

In this context, we are also very proud to host a preview of an exhibition of photographs made by the Genoese glaciospeleologo Ottorino Tosti on his last expedition in East Greenland and which will be exhibited for two weeks in April at the National Museum of ' Antarctica of Genoa.
In addition, during the evening of Saturday, March 12 will be presented at the bright room on the upper floor of the pool of Genoa Pontedecimo run by the Brotherhood Swimming "the project ItaliAmmassalik Tatiyak argues that along with several other groups: will thus be introduced two short films about the reality of the small Inuit village of Ammassalik and on interviews carried out exclusively by Ottorino Tosti Robert Peroni, an Italian explorer who for over twenty years has made the Red House his own house.

In the evening of Saturday the 12nd of March will be introduce in the bright meeting room of the swimming pool in Genoa Pontedecimo managed by the "Swimming Brotherhood" the ItaliAmmassalik project , supported by Tatiyak and some other associations: two brief videos about the reality of the small Inuti village and the exclusive interview realized by Ottorino Tosti to Robert Peroni, an Italian explorer that from over twenty years has made the Red House his own house.
Another good reason to participate: this year the Italian Roll Championship is culturally very rich indeed!
